2018 : PENGARUH PENDOPINGAN Y2O3 TERHADAP STRUKTUR DAN RELAKSASI DIPOLE Ba0, 95Sr0, 05TiO3
DIPOLE. Feroelectric Ba0. 95Sr0. 05TiO3 was synthesized via calcination of oxalate coprecipitated precursor. The powder was then Y3+ doped by: 0, 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6 mole%. The influences of dopant on samples were analiyzed by XRD, permittivity and conductivity. The result show that doped sample behave tetragonality less than the undoped one. Tetragonality of sample that undoped is 1, 00910, doped Y3+ 0, 4% is 1, 0083 and doped Y3+ 0, 6% is 1, 00846. Characterization on dipole relaxation shows granular dipole due to space charge and lattice dipole.
