Employee performance is the main capital for a company to be able to maintain its existence. Many things that support for human resources to have good quality and performance, one of which is the work motivation and work environment of employees to the company. High motivation of work will encourage employees to work harder in completing their work. A good working environment can support the implementation of work so that employees have the spirit of work and improve its performance. The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of work motivation on employee performance, the influence of work environment on employee performance and the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at Public Broadcasting Institute RRI Malang Station. Data collection methods used are primary data collection and secondary data. Respondents numbered 61 people and used the technique of sampling non probability sampling. This research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with 2 (two) independent variables that are (1) work motivation, and (2) work environment and 1 (one) dependent variable that is employee performance. Based on the results of regression analysis, work motivation and work environment at LPP RRI Malang Station has a positive and significant partial and significant influence on employee performance.
