Abstract

The increase of global competition in the world of construction forced construction companies to increase their productivity. One of the most important parts of the construction project is productivity. It is absolutely necessary to have a thorough research on the construction project productivity (CPP), so that contractors know the productivity level of their projects. This assessment has an effect on increasing the productivity of a construction project until it achieves the highest level of the construction project productivity. The purpose of this study is to propose a construction project productivity assesment model. In this study, project productivity variables are obtained by conducting in-depth literature review and structured interview with construction experts.
