Free Convection Heat Transfer Boundary Layer Theory Visco-elastic fluid
Free convection flow is heat transfer on fluid caused by buoyancy forces because of density difference. We further use the boundary layer theory to obtain governing equations. The governing equations are further transformed into non-dimensional and then transformed into the non-similar governing equation. The non-similar governing equations are solved numerically by using finite difference method. The numerical results are analyzed correlation visco-elastic and Prandtl number with velocity and temperature profiles. Based on the numerical results of free convection flow of visco-elastic fluid with heat generation past over a sphere. We obtain that the velocity profile decreases when the values both of visco-elastic parameter and Prandtl number increase. The temperature profile increases with the increase in the values of visco-elastic parameter, but decreases when the values of Prandtl number increase.
